Between 4:00 and 5:00 AM, the minivan will pick you up from your accommodation in Cusco city, after picking up all the passengers, start one and a half hour trip approximately to south of Cusco to the restaurant where you are gonna enjoy a delicious breakfast.

After breakfast you will continue by minivan for approximately half an hour until the beginning of the walk. You will walk for approximately one hour and a half enjoying beautiful sceneries, south american camelids, view of snow-capped mountains such as Ausangate (The highest in Cusco – 6385 msl) and others to reach the beautiful rainbow mountain of Vinicunca.

In Vinicunca the guide will meet the group and explain details about the rainbow mountain, then you will have a reasonable time to take photos and enjoy the landscape.

The adventure does not finish and you have three options to choose the return:
1.- Return by the same way that you went up.
2.- Return through the viewpoint of the red valley.
3.- Return through the Red Valley. (Not Included)

At the end of the walk 2 to 3 hours round trip, you return in the minivan to the restaurant where you will enjoy the buffet lunch, then return to Cusco and arrive between 5:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon.
